WordPress security is hard. Shield Security has got you covered

If you’ve ever had ransomware or scammers hack into WordPress (they’re clever aren’t they!) you’ll be thankful for all the means to hold them at bay using this plugin. You can hide the wp-admin login and rename it, put a passcode on changing the security settings and so much more. It runs a daily security check. What a relief to find a strong padlock to prevent access by hackers. Of course if they get access to your main CPanel or whatever, they can turn it off in one easy way, but that is nothing to do with this plugin. What a relief to find a security shield: thanks for providing it. It’s on every one of my sites now. Having had the Cyber Crime Police detectives involved I’ve done everything possible to prevent further attacks succeeding. This plugin is an excellent resource.

Login protection is awesome, now i know my site is safe and its totally free.

Simple to install. Simple to administer. Easy to maintain and updates are no hassle.

Seems to be blocking all types of attacks. A listing of the types of attacks it’s blocking with the number of attacks blocked shows up on your dashboard. Extremely helpful!

Great plugin

i am very much happy with the whole functionality of the Shield. First of all it is very well documented and for newbies like me this is a plus! it guides you step by step to configure it and even if you are not sure about turning on an option you can always read a very good explanation of this option to decide if you wanted or not. It doesn’t crush your site – everything works perfectly – for me at least. I spent hours searching security plugin but this one really helps and it has all the necessary tools you need to keep you site safe for free. this is another plus. I highly recommend it to newbies!
